Charity golf day at Whitehead

Whitehead Golf Club will hold its annual celebrity amateur charity day on Sunday, August 14 in aid of the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.

The organisers are indebted to celebrities like Gene Fitzpatrick, John Linehan (who plays May McFetridge), Seamus McPeak and many others who give wholeheartedly of their time and experience to make the day such a fantastic success.

After the golf competition and prize-giving the festivities, the celebrities will entertain the packed audience with their mixture of comedy and music.

The money raised will help provide care and support to life-limited children and their families both at Children’s Hospice and at home.

The golf competition is open to everyone but with tee times at a premium it is advisable to book early. The price for a visitor four-ball is £80. If you book and pay before the event date the price is reduced to £60 which includes a hot snack at the ninth. Entrance to the evening entertainment is £10 per person.
