Chris scoops Professional prize at Dunmurry GC

Chris Sweeney produced a stunning back nine, to snatch John Dolan’s Professional Prize, recently at Dunmurry Golf Club.

Chris (13) finished in a three way tie at the top with 41 points, along with Brendan O’Reilly (16) and Chris McQuay (8), but was triumphant thanks to his superior back nine of 23 points.

He began steadily with pars at the first and third, dropping a shot at the second, but double bogeys at the fourth and sixth had him fighting for a score.
