Ciaron wins the Small Cup

The Small Cup is the prize for the juvenile matchplay champion and it really should have been decided on Juveniles Day.

But, a bit later than usual, we have now reached the last two.

In the semi-finals, Ciaron Davis beat Matthew Young 5 and 4 and Neil Cherry beat Callum Barnes 3 and 2.

Ciaron will play Neil in the final some day soon, we hope.

Hold everything! News has filtered through that Ciaron Davis has won the Small Cup, beating Neil Cherry 4 and 2 in the final.

Congratulations to Ciaron! Let’s hope this win kick starts a wonderful golfing career.
