Close finish at Redcastle Golf Club

Billy Harkin narrowly won last weekend’s Redcastle Golf Clubs Club confined competition.

Billy scored 37 points to claim first place, second after a break of tie finish went to Terry Green after he scored 36 points and third spot also on 36 points was Vincent Glenn.

Kris McClelland claimed the gross prize with 27 gross points also on a break of tie. Barry Gibson claimed the front nine with 20 points, John Murray claimed the back nine with 19 points after a BOT finish.

The Duncreigh Cup competition at Greencastle was claimed after a break of tie finish by Kate Lowe (23) after she scored 71 points, second also on 71 points was Catherine Cosgrove (24), Margaret Canavan (21) was third after she finished with 72 points and Pauline Casey (13) with 77 points won the gross prize.
