Denis takes over as new society captain

Denis Power has been elected Honorary Captain of the Northern Ireland Hotels and Caterers Golf Society for the 2014 season.

Denis, a member of Balmoral GC, has been a Trade Member of the Society for 30 years and has served on Committee as Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer.

An early season trip to Ballyliffin Golf Club in late March has been arranged to kick-start the season. The Society will be visiting popular venues such as Castlerock, Balmoral, Galgorm Castle, Belvoir Park, Royal Portrush and Druids Glen Resort.

Past Captains’ Day will be held at Rockmount in June and Denis extends a warm welcome to Members and Visitors for his Captain’s Day at Roe Park Resort on Monday 4 August.
