FIRST place in the Mary Peters Qualifying on Thursday June 3, Foyle Ladies Golf, went to Sarah Hamilton (28) with a score of 42 points.

She was followed by Anne Hamilton (15) on 38 points BOT and Margaret Killen (21) in third place on 38 points. The Over 30 handicap prize went to Josephine Kelly (36) on 33 points.

Tomorrow Thursday June 17 the Australians Spoons qualifying will take place. Competitors are advised to choose markers and book tees.

Avril Gallagher invites the lady members to play for her Lady President's Rose-bowl, plus the usual complement of lovely prizes on Saturday June 19. Competitors are advised to enter their name on the sheet in the locker-room for the draw.

Members are reminded that all first round Match-play games must be played by the deadline of June 21.
