Full house for Captain’s Day at Carrick

It was a full house tournament for Duncan Macleod’s Captain’s Day at Carrickfergus Golf Club last weekend.

M. Graham was the the runaway winner with 41 points. He was followed by C. McQuillan who was runner-up and B. Lowry in third, both with 38 pts.

W. Graham won the the Low Handicap section, while J. Muise was runner-up, both with 37 pts.

J. Lemon (36 pts) took top spot in the High Handicap section. G. Brown was second (36 pts).

J. McIlwaine (34 pts) won the Gross prize and A. Chestnutt the Past Captain’s with 33 pts.

The Guests’ prize went to W. Wright (37 pts), while B. Gibson (35 pts) took home the Council prize. A. Dillon’s 34 pts was enough for him to claim the Student’s Prize.

Nearest to the pin winners were: G. Wallace, M. Smith, C. Pollock, B. Milligan and K. Smyth.

The Ladies’ Prize was won by C. Steele with 64 nett.
