‘Get into golf’ night for Ladies

The free taster session is being organised by Past Lady Captain Aundrea Gray who commented: “This is an opportunity for total beginners to ‘Get into the Swing’ and try golf, in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. We ran the taster night last year and had over 30 total beginners take part, some of whom are now regularly playing golf.”

“Sometimes getting started can be the hardest part about learning something new, I only started playing golf about 6 years ago, but it took a lot of encouragement from friends who already played and a lot of courage from me to actually get out on the course, I have met some great friends through golf and was very honoured representing the club as Lady Captain, and one of the many highlights of my year was winning President’s day.”
