GOLF: Campbell wins McCrum Memorial competition

The fairways were packed for the event and the low handicap winners were Pater Wadsworth (39 points), Noel Morrison (36 points), Fred Blain (35 points) and Willie Graham (34 points).

High handicap winners were Frankie Weatherhead (40 points), Billy Milligan (39 points), Brian McAuley (38 points) and Ron McMullan (36 points).

Andrew Dillon took the Gross Prize with 34 points, and Sander Connor won the Super Seniors Prize with 32 points.

In the home leg of the Ulster Cup, Carrick enjoyed a 7-0 win over Mourne, while the Holt Shield team defeated Loughgall 4-1.
