Golf club mourning

Faughan Valley Golf Club is in mourning this week, after the news that ex-captain and president Trevor Peace died on Sunday.

Peace, who was captain in 2008 and president in 2012, died after a long illness.

He was a great club man who served the club well in many roles over the last decade and will be sadly missed.
