Dinsdale topped the field when he carded a score of 39 points.

Don Howe was the winner of the 50-65 class, followed by Denis Mulholland, T. Barton and Tom Lyttle.

The 66-plus section was won by David Hewett, followed by David Gillespie, Peter Agnew and David Kerr.

Other winners were: A. Stewart, T. Sturgeon, Alex McClean and Billy Gibson. Visitors winners were: B. Bradford and C. Rodgers.

Sunday’s Millennium Trophy was won by John McLaughlin, Michael McGivern, Paul Hill and Lyndsay McBride, followed by three other prize-winning teams.

Tommy Black (40 points) was the winner at Sam McAllister President’s Day on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Whitehead Golf Club is set to host the Cannon Motors Festival of Golf from August 27 to 30. Paul Archer’s President’s Day is scheduled for September 12.

More than 70 members and guests enjoyed Peter Long’s President’s Day at City of Belfast GC, Mallusk on Saturday.
