Heather has best card

ON Tuesday 18th September the lady members at Lurgan played for Katrina Bradford’s prize.

The weather was the usual mixture of sunshine and showers.

A good number of ladies took part in this weekly competition day.

When all the cards had been assessed the main prize was captured by Heather Shaw. The 21 handicapper posted a more than respectable 39 points to secure the win.

A gross score of 30 points enabled Niamh Ward to win that category award. The three sectional winners were as follows:

Section One: Dianne Patterson 37 pts.

Section Two: Nuala Beatty 37 pts.

Section Three: Margaret O’Neill 38 pts.

Five ladies shared the ‘Twos’ dividend pool. They included Bernadette Laverty, Kathy Matchett, Nuala Beatty, Niamh McSherry and Sheena McStay.
