Prize evening is held at Rockmount Golf Club

Lady Captain Noeleen Houston, Gents Captain Glenn Willis and Junior Captain Gareth Burns-Delaney presented this year’s competition winners with their respective cups and trophies. Following the presentations the Captain’s congratulated all the winners and thanked the green keepers for their dedicated work in maintaining the course throughout the year and all the competition sponsors. The evening was concluded with supper and musical entertainment.

Week four of the 2012/2013 Andrew Annett Winter League competition was played in excellent conditions. Andrew McCorriston (17) had the best score on the day 29 points. Bill McBrien (08) had a great score of 28 points. Two players scored 27 points Gerry Stars (19) beating Gavin Toman into fourth place on a better back six. Fifth place went to Stephen Clarke scoring 26 points. (18). Al McCune (04) had the best gross on the day with a one over par score of 48. All will receive Paul Banford & Sons Butchers, Turkey Vouchers. Next week, teams score will be published for the first time.
