On the course Damien Kivelehan (10) with 40 points claimed Friday’s Open Stableford competition after a break of tie finish, second was Damian McColgan (12) who also scored 40 points and Aughnacloy’s Kevin Sweeney (13) with 38 points won the visitor’s prize. The CSS was 37 points.

The Crumley Construction Monthly Medal saw Cormac McGready (3) with nett 70 claim the category 0-11, the category 12-17 went to John McDowell (14) after he too finished on nett 70 and Finbar Logue (20) with nett 74 won the category 18+. The CSS was 72.

This week at Foyle the weekly Foyle Friday Open is next on the list before the Alan Harkens Memorial trophy takes centre stage on Saturday and the Cornerstone Automation Open Stableford will be played for on Sunday.
