Vintners success for McCourt
THE Derry Vintners recent outing at Strabane Golf Club last Wednesday, which was kindly sponsored by Nugents, was won by Eamon McCourt after he scored 40 points.
Second was John McGill after he finished with 35 points and Ciaran McDermott with 34 points was third, Mehawl Jack with 19 points won the front nine and Sean Barrett also with 19 points won the back nine.
The best visitor was Eddie McDermott who finished with 34 points, the next outing will be on Wednesday, July 21, at Greencastle GC and will be kindly sponsored by Tennents.
