Wendy’s on her Todd at top of the leaderboard

Carole Quinn and Kathryn Sawyers playing for Team Nike, Ada Lavery playing in Team Calloway, Susan Magennis playing for Team Pinnacle all scored 19 points. The best score of the week, 20 points was recorded by Wendy Todd playing for Team Srixon.

As to the weekly Section Winners, the unlucky two who lost on countback were Carole Quinn and Kathryn Sawyers. The Section A winner was Susan Magennis while Section B was Wendy Todd and the Section C winner was Ada Lavery.

In the team stakes, Team Nike, captained by Denise Nelson, leads the way with 247 points, Team Wilson Staff, captained by the Lady Captain Lorna Poots, are in second place with 243 points and in third place with 235 points is Team Bridgestone, captained by Mildred Hodgett.

At this stage, the Wooden Spoons are with Team Pinnacle captained by Susan Magennis, but as only seven points separate the bottom three teams, this is likely to change.
