Good relations course

THE Football Club are holding a Good Relations Course over the next four Monday nights at the Social Club.

The course will increase opportunities for networking, information sharing, and relationship building between participants – it will provide the environment where individuals from different communities are encouraged to work together during and after the course, have a strong focus on good relations and peace building and prepare participants to tackle hard issues in their own communities and across the cluster, and include personal development and sports club development opportunities designed to maximise the opportunities for individuals and sports clubs to maximise every opportunity promote positive community relations through their day to day activities.

Topics covered will include: identity and belonging, peace building, discrimination and stereotypes, evaluation of a good relations work in the community
