Good win for Midweek Triples side

BALLYMENA entertained Ahoghill in the latest round of matches in the Triples League and it was a good night for the Ballymena team who recorded a comfortable 45-27 victory.

There was a close game on rink 4 where Robert Mark, Alan McAuley and Jimmy Larkin took on J Harris and it was the Ahoghill triple who made the better start when they scored 7 shots over the first 4 ends without reply.

The Ballymena trio then finally settled down and won 7 of the next 8 ends to draw level at 9-9 and with each triple scoring 3 shots over the final ends it left the final score at 12-12.
