Graur winner seals the points for Riada FC

Riada travelled to Magherafelt Sky Blues Reserves and continued to notch up the points with an impressive win.

Magherafelt started the stronger of the two sides and went in front early on after a good through ball split the Riada defence and the attacker finished well to slot the ball across Graham and into the bottom corner.

Riada then came back into it and won a penalty after a handball on the line. The Magherafelt Sky blues defender receiving only a yellow card when a red seemed certain.

Ryan Christie stepped up and saw his penalty saved leaving the score at Halftime 1-0.

Riada started the second half well and equalised after a Ryan Christie shot was saved by the keeper and Gary Agnew scored the rebound. Maghera then went back in front after some good play down the left saw the cut back was slid home from close range.

With five minutes to play and Riada seemingly beaten they turned the game on its head with Christie heading home from an Alexander long throw and Graur scoring the winner with the last kick from a Christie flick on. Final score 3-2 Riada.
