Organiser Mervyn ‘Tubes’ McIntyre was delighted with the response again this year and commented; “First of all I want to thank all who braved the weather. I would also like to say a massive thank you to all the sponsors of t-shirts and to Mel Carleton for refereeing.

“A massive thanks must to Glebe Rangers F.C. who paid for the pitch and lights, you are truly more than a club. A big thanks to Craig Black and The Bush Tavern for donating a bottle and a lovely buffet after the match it was much appreciated and thanks to all the players who came to support us. It was a great success and they were entertained to a thrilling 5-4 win for the Hallions which means the cup just stays with Gillian .”
