ICE SKATING: Jenna has date at the Palace

Jenna will be accompanied by her husband, Belgian ice skater, Kevin Van der Perren, to a garden party hosted by the Queen this Thursday.

Jenna told Times Sport: "This is such an honour and totally different to anything that I have done before. My main problem has been sorting out a hat!"

Jenna, who became the first ever Ice skater from Northern Ireland to compete at the Winter Olympic Games this year, finished of her season with a personal best score and 14th place at the World Championships in March.

In doing so she became the British skater in over 20 years to achieve such a high finish.

Last year Jenna was in Europe's top ten for a second consecutive year.

She is currently in intense training with coach Yuri Bureiko in Coventry and Belgium.
