Information day at LeisurePlex

A special information day to be held at the Lisburn LeisurePlex will give details of a new International Sports Events Programme (ISEP).

The programme, which is open to recognised Governing Bodies, District Councils and umbrella organisations currently funded through Sport Northern Ireland, will see awards ranging from £10,000 - £50,000 being granted to the sports sector.

It is hoped that this investment will provide support to sport events taking place before March 31 2014, enhancing their legacy impact in local communities across Northern Ireland.

The information day will take place on July 26 from 3.30-5pm. To register for any of the above information sessions, please e-mail Joseph Donnelly at [email protected] no later than 4pm on the day before the information session.

Completed applications must be submitted no later than 12.00pm on Friday 2nd August 2013.

All events must take place and be fully invoiced by 31st March 2014.
