Inst team progress Clarke to semi final
COLERAINE Inst progressed into the semi final of the Darren Clarke Schools Golf League with a narrow four matches to three victory over St Malachey's Belfast last Friday at Cairn Dhu Golf Club.
Christian Grossie holed a 20 foot putt on the 18th green to win the match for Inst. Other Coleraine winners were Simon Curry, Andrew Thompson and Joshua Robinson. They now play De La Salle in the semi final, the venue is still to be arranged.
* THE Bushfoot Fred Daly team deserve congratulations as they have progressed in the competition by defeating Ballyclare by 4 points to 3. They will now face Royal Portrush who defeated Ballyliffin in their tie.
