Irish Open title success for Daina
Glengormley High pupil Daina Cardwell, 13, won the Irish Open Freestyle Wrestling Championships last weekend, defeating opponents from Malta, Poland and Ireland along the way.
The Newtownabbey Council-supported athlete is now preparing for the British Championships where she will defend the title she has won for four years in a row.
