James to swim at British Championships

Coleraine Swimming Club member James Richardson, has been selected to represent Ulster at the British Swimming Championships in Sheffield from 16th – 22nd July.

James achieved the qualifying time for this prestigious event whilst competing for Ireland at the UK School Games in London in May this year when he attained a creditable fourth place, just narrowly missing out on a medal position.

James is pictured here with his coach Keith Ferguson and they are both working hard over the forthcoming weeks in preparation for several key events which include James representing Coleraine Swimming Club at the Irish Age Group Championships in Limerick from 6th-8th July.

We wish James every success in his future endeavours.
