Joel’s skills rewarded at rugby Summer Camp in Ballymena

Joel Gocher from Ballymena was presented with a certificate by Ulster Rugby players Callum Black, Ian Humphreys and Chris Henry at the Centra Ulster Rugby Summer Camp at Ballymena RFC recently in recognition of his playing skills.

Joel joined dozens of other local children aged 6 – 12 years at the five day camp to learn new skills under the supervision of qualified coaches. They also had the opportunity to meet their rugby heroes and talk to them about their lives as professional players, getting their top tips on the game.

For the first time this year an award is being presented to the participant with the most improved rugby skills at each camp.
