Junior Captain’s Day at Carrick Golf Club

RICHARD Pedlow with a nett 56 was the winner of McCandless Rosebowl at Carrick Golf Club.

Low handicap winners were Ricky Moore nett 56, Fred Blain nett 65, Noel McRoberts nett 66 and Johnny Moore nett 67.

High handicap golfers were Noel Morrison nett 65, Ken Herron nett 66, Billy Morrison nett 67 and Malcolm Maginnis nett 67. Stephen McLaughlin won the gross with a level par 68 and Billy Erdis the super senior prize with 38 points.

On Thursday Karl Willis held his Junior Captain’s Day, the winner being Rebecca MacLeod with 44 points. Some of the other winners were: second Ryan McCrory 43 points and Ollie Loughridge 42 points. Johnny Moore won the gross prize with a two over par 70.
