Karate Club

SENSEI Terry Geddis Chief Instructor and students of the Zanshin Shotokan Karate Club recently handed over a cheque to the Trocaire Pakistan Flood Appeal.

Students raised this money through their annual sponsored walk.

Zanshin Shotokan Karate Club have launched great new incentives for those interested in taking up the sport.

New starts get their first session free, receive a free pair of mitts when you register into the club and after 10 sessions receive a free karate suit!

The club is affiliated to the Karate Union of Great Britain and has clubs in the following areas - Coleraine, Cookstown, Dungiven, Ballycastle, Limavady, Ballykeel, Templemore, Maghera, Kilrea, Portrush and Ahoghill.

Students compete at local, national, European and world level.

Training times in Ballymoney are Tuesdays from 7pm-8.30pm in St Patrick's Hall (just beside Tesco).
