Karate coaches exchange ideas
KARATE Instructors Sensei Joe McCullough and Sensei Dan Redmond recently met up for training and to exchange coaching skills.
Joe (pictured left) is a Shotokan stylist and teaches karate at the Coleraine University.
Ballymena man Dan teaches Wado Ryu karate at the Seven Towers Leisure Centre.
Both men are recognised as top class karate leaders.
Both teachers are making preparations for new beginner classes soon to commence and further details will appear in due course.
