Keane hits United winner

A LATE volley by Gary Keane gave Ballymoney three valuable points against basement club Armagh on Saturday.

Although Ballymoney had a lot of early possession it was Armagh who created the best chances.

Muir wasted a glorious chance when he somehow put the ball over the bar from three yards out.

In their next attack Kerr should have put them one up but again his attempt sailed well over the bar with only the keeper to beat.

Muir made amends on the half hour mark when he was in the right place to finish off a superb cross from O’Neill.

Almost immediately the Toon were level.

McQuitty was brought down inside the box and the referee had no hesitation in pointing to the spot.

McLaughlin stepped up and sent the keeper the wrong way with a fantastic spot kick.
