The Seniors got off to a flying start against Ardboe on Sunday and led 5 points to no reply before ending the first half 0-6 to 0-4 to the good. Kildress struggled to find the scoreboard in the second half whilst Ardboe came out strongly. The game finished 0-7 to 0-11 in favour of Ardboe. The Reserves were also beaten 0-8 to 2-11.

The Minor boys continued their unbeaten start to the season with a 1.11 to 0.12 win over Gael Naomh Padraig, they now play Eglish, at home, on Wednesday night at 7.00pm. The U16’s had a good win over Owen Roes on Friday on a scoreline of 1.14 to 2.7. Over 30 children represented Kildress Wolfe Tones at an Under 8 football blitz in Clonoe on Saturday. Thanks to everyone who helped out and who came to support the children.

Under 12 boys training continues on Saturday morning 10.00 to 11.15. Under 6, 8 and 10 training continues on Thursday evening 6.30 to 7.30. It was great to see around 90 children turn up last Thursday evening, however, with such a high turnout more help is urgently needed. Please come along, make yourself known to the coaches, and help develop our children’s football skills. The U10 boys have a blitz on Saturday, details of the blitz and travel arrangements, will be provided to the children at Thursdays U10 training.

Senior Ladies got of to winning start to the league Monday week ago with a comfortable win over Stewartstown finishing 9-24 to 0-01. Their next game will be at home to Rock on Saturday evening at 7pm and all support is greatly appreciated. Minor girls completed their league on Monday night past. Well done to all involved. KWT Music Club: Our weekly music classes are on the move to a new venue. On Saturday the 28th April up until Saturday 2nd June we are in Dunamore Hall for music lessons. Times will remain the same: Beginner class 2:00pm-2:40pm, Level 1 2:40pm-3:20pm, Level 2 3:20pm-4:00pm. Sorry for any inconvenience. We would appreciate your continued support for our music club.
