Knockout day!

BALLYMONEY Borough Twinning Association is staging It's a Knockout and Fun Day this Saturday at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre.

The event promises to be a great day out for all the family.

Watch teams from Ballymoney take on our twin towns of Douglas in the Isle of Man and Vanves in France in the thrilling It's a Knockout.

The Ballymoney team consists of Kathryn Knipe (hockey), Brenda Boyle (netball), Lee McClelland (football) and motorcycle ace Adrian Archibald.

The legends side stars Vanda McClure (cyclist), Annette Scott (hockey), Liam Beckett (football) and Gary O'Kane (hurling).

Enjoy the local produce on offer and have a wander around the car boot sale at your leisure.

Take part in the many games available or have your face painted, great fun for all the kids!

Join in with the local cheerleaders and help Ballymoney win the title of Towns Cup 2010!

Admission is free and there will be a BBQ, games, food stalls and music to keep everyone entertained.

Special guest Toonie Bear will also be out and about. The day will run from noon until 3pm.
