Ladies are Holm and dry
ON a glorious afternoon Dromore Ladies welcomed Ballyholme Ladies to Holm Park for a junior league fixture.
On a fast running green the Dromore rinks played very steady bowls throughout and quickly put the result beyond doubt. Both rinks recorded large wins.
Rink 1: A McGarrity, V Sudlow, M Dawson, L Aiken - won 25-8.25.
Rink 2: L Gribben, M Ward, J Malcolmson, C Ogle - won 27-7.5.
Wednesday sees the locals making the journey to Holywood Bowling Club to play a semi-final tie in the Joyce Kavanagh Cup.
