Ladies win against poor Ward
WARD Park were the latest opponents for Dromore Ladies at Holm Park in a league fixture.
The visitors were unable to field a full team and consequently struggled from the start. Although displaying determination they just could not cope with some fine bowling by the locals who went on to record a 32 shot victory.
Rink 1: L Gribben, M Ward, J Malcolmson, C Ogle – won 27-7.
Rink 2: M Adair, I Hamilton, M Dawson, L Aiken - won 22-10.
This week Dromore travel to Newcastle to play Castle Park.
