Latest clay pigeon shoot held at Rathfriland

A regular number of shooters made the journey resulting in a total of 13 lines.

The shoot-off consisted for the four shooters who stayed for the final; Geoff Dale, Noel Carson, Neville Ferguson and Raymond Graham.

It was a tense and close final, but the eventual winner was far too used to being in a shoot-off at Rathfriland to let it slip.

The final result was as follows: 1st, Geoff Dale; 2nd, Neville Ferguson; 3rd= Noel Carson AND Raymond Graham.

Shooting continues at Rathfriland as per usual this week, the next 20 bird DTL to be held ON Thursday July 8 at 5pm.
