Lisburn cruise through in the Inter Zone Cup

Lisburn cruised through to the second round of the Inter Zone Cup with a 20 shots win away to South and East Belfast, though the rinks were shared.

At the interval Lisburn were in control with a 21 shots lead thanks to Paul Reid, who had a nine shots win and Nick Haire, who had 13 shots to spare. Nathan Haire lost by a shot, but Lisburn were happy at half time. After the restart there were narrow defeats for the Stubbs brothers with Raymond going down by two shots and Gordon losing by five shots.But, Lisburn were never really in any trouble with Noel Graham beating B.
