Lisburn RFC prepare for new season
Over the last six weeks Lisburn Rugby Club have been preparing for the season ahead.
The squad have been training under the new coaching team of Neil Hinds (Head Coach), Tom Frazer and Andrew Postlethwaite, together with the back room work of Michael Knowles, the new Team Manager.
During the last two weeks the first team squad have been honing their preparations with “friendly” squad games against Cooke, Lurgan and PSNI and they now get down to the real nitty gritty with their first Qualifying League match against Randalstown at Blaris next Saturday.
The Club have attracted over twenty new players into their ranks during the summer months and spectators now await with interest the first selection to take to the field next Saturday.
