Local coach learns tips from martial arts legend
Local martial arts coach Dan Redmond has attended a seminar held in Belfast under the tuition of the legendary Rick Young.
The seminar was held in the Kyoujin gym, Belfast, and the enthusiastic participants were coached over four hours on the martial arts of Karate, Judo, Filipino Kali & Silat, Brazilian Ju Jitsu and Submission Wrestling.
Rick Young, who is based in Edinburgh is recognised as one of the World’s leading martial arts experts.
He teaches in Countries throughout the World. He is a 3 times Pan American & 3 times Masters and Senior Champion in Brazilian Ju Jitsu.
