Long trip to Meath worthwhile for McKinstry

Fit N Running's in form athlete Mark McKinstry continued his career development with a big Personal best performance on Saturday evening.

He made the long journey to County Meath to compete against quality opposition at the Dunshauglin 10k road race.

That performance saw him rewarded with 4th place and an impressive time of 31mins 31secs.

Thursday 630pm Flexibility Class (Private Studio)

Saturday 915am Elite Development squad training ( Race preparation session at various locations).

Unless stated these sessions are from the Ballymena North Centre on the Cushendall Road in Ballymena.

Earlier this year forward thinking club, which sets high standards and are always working to improve training methods with a comprehensive approach, moved to the ultra modern training base.

This was a significant step forward as the central location provides many more training routes and this along with the superb facilities offer members an enhanced exercise experience in a warm and friendly environment.
