WARINGSTOWN have moved clear of the relegation zone after clinching the maximum seven league points from their spectacular 22 shot victory over relegation-threatened Kilmore.

On mat one Waringstown skip Keith McCoy, Tom Perry, B McCoy and L McKay just managed to secure the vital winning shots in the closing stages to score an 8-6 win over the Kilmore rink under skip Noel Quinn.

On mat two Waringstown skip Ken McCoy, Noel Wilson, Roy Harrison and D Emo were always dominating their game against the Kilmore rink under skip Des Breen to finish easy winners 16-9.

On mat three Waringstown skip Ian Perry, Adrian Reed, M Harrison and J Copeland were rewarded for several high scoring ends to secure a 13-6 victory over the Kilmore rink under skip John Maginnis.

On mat four Waringstown skip Nigel McCoy, Tommy Anderson, H Matthews and M Abbott never gave the home rink under skip Barney McCormick a chance, gaining a worthy 14-7 win to help them secure the bonus three league points.
