Marie starts Aghagallon rocking


The best game of the night in both matches was John Cushnahan’s one shot win over Eamon Hamill, but Ed Thompson made sure of a 28 shots Aghagallon win.
Singles at the first and ninth ends was all Frank Cunningham got as Marie Corey lifted three threes and a five and finished with a three to win by 19 shots.

Hide AdBrian McKeown dropped a three but lifted one, one, two. Chris Connolly replied with one, two, two and after Rock added a single Aghagallon responded with a five. Rock finished with a double but lost by six shots.
Doubles were exchanged before John Cushnahan added another double, dropped a single before Eamon Hamill levelled with three singles. Rock got the winning single.
Ed Thompson won the first six ends and included a three to lead 11-0 but Michael Reid took the remaining ends and also included a three but lost by four shots.
