The children’s session will begin at 10.30am and finish at 12 noon. Emphasis will be placed on self-defence and anti-bully techniques with deterrent skills. The session will also involve some fun and games.

Minimum age is 5 years old. There are a limited number of places left on this seminar and parents can sign children up at the karate club any Wed evening between 7pm and 7.45pm.

The adult session will commence at 1pm and it will finish at 5pm.

There are 20 places left on this seminar.

Iain Abernethy will teach no-nonsense practical applications taken from the various karate katas. Many people only view kata as a solo performance as seen in Tournaments, but that is only scratching the surface of the real meaning of kata.

Devastating finishing techniques ideal to quickly end a confrontation are contained within the true meaning of all kata.

It is not necessary to know any kata to enjoy the seminar.

This seminar is suitable for all styles of karate and also for all martial arts styles.

Everyone will be made welcome.

The remaining places will fill up quickly and the first 20 persons to make application will be accepted.
