Maurice enjoys a Sports Bond Hat-trick of minor success

MOST weeks we start our report with either the jackpot winner or major winners.

However, this week we will be going in reverse for a very good reason.

This week saw all the minor £10 winners go to one agent and that was Gracehill based Maurice Anderson.

His winners on this unique achievement were Gary Gordon (A7174), Tracey McClure (B0002) and David Logan (A9166)/

Meanwhile in the major £50 section Ballymena supporter Bertie Rock (A6095) was a winner on the Seven Towers agency.

In Broughshane, Colin Graham had a £50 winner with his aunt Michele Clarke (B3653) and the other major winner of the week was Harryville resident Lee Mitchell (B1917) on the agency of Patricia Thompson.

The Jackpot was not allocated with the numbers 7, 11, 14 and 15, a big surprise with such low numbers so it stands at £850 for this week. Only a few weeks left before it must be won at £1000.

Sports Bond and Ballymena United were saddened to learn of the passing of James (Jimmy) Millar last week. A Sky Blue supporter through and through, Jimmy was never far from his friends Maurice Gibson, Bertie Rock and John Carson on match days. A great supporter of Sports Bond, Jimmy passed away on Monday after illness which had lasted for some months. To the family circle we extend our sympathy.

FIRST SCORE

Sports Bond agent Boyd Douglas was a happy visitor to New Grosvenor on Saturday. Jaime Davidson’s opening score was timed at 28 minutes and it was Boyd who had the winning ticket and picked up £30 winnings.
