May the winner with 35 points

THE ladies played in a stableford competition for Mrs Rosemary Callender's prizes on Tuesday, September 14.

The overall winner was May Baxter with 35 points. With a total of 25 gross points the gross award went to Bronagh McKavanagh.

Section 1(0-20): Zoe Allen 33 points.

Section 2 (21-28): Josie McAnarney 32 points (back 9 from Nuala Beatty).

Section 3 (29-36): June Logan 34 points.

Nine hole competition: Betty Welsh 16 points.

Twos winners: May Baxter and Marie Warnock.

The monthly September Medal competition was played on Thursday, September 16, in horrendous conditions.

Section A (0-20) winner: Zoe Allen net 71.

Section B (21-36): Margaret Bryans net 78.

In the twos Zoe Allen was the only winner. The CSS was 72.
