McKinney wins Dunloy’s Bravallen Road Race

Bryan McKinney returned from injury to win the Bravallen Road Race organised by Dunloy Cycling Club on Thursday night.

The five lap race started at Garryduff Church and saw Ballymoney Cycling club take the top five places.

Dunloy Cycling Club were the fastest at the Ballycastle Inter-Club TT at Ballinlea during the week.

1 – Dunloy 1:01:56; 2 – Ballycastle “A” 1:05:17; – Ballycastle “B” 1:09:27.; Solo finisher – Gary Butler – 1:19:08

DUNLOY INDIVIDUAL TT

This week Dunloy Cycling Club will hold a 25 individual Time Trial over a tough circuit.

There will be prizes for first, second and third as well as a ladies prize.

the club are hoping to attract some of the top TT riders from all over the country.

This challening event starts and finishes on Dunloy Main street. Sign on is from 6.30pm with the first rider off at 7.30pm.

We would like to ask all members who are not taking part to help us marshal this event.

Well done to members of Dunloy Cycling Club who took part in the Belfast to Dublin Maracycle. There was also a good turnout for the club’s 70 mile Sunday run

Yet again the ladies took to the roads for their 60 mile cycle Saturday cycle with another impressive turnout. CAUSEWAY GRAN FONDO

The Causeway Gran Fondo took place on Sunday with riders setting off from Coleraine Rugby Club on a route which took in the stunning Causeway Coast.

Riders hasd the option top take a 60km route, a 120km and a 135km route with all three .

Proceeds of the event will be divided equally between the following good causes:

The Caring Caretaker, Coleraine Gateway Club and Causeway Tandem Club for Blind and Partially Sighted
