The top game the clash between Sean Doyle and Gerard McAuley. The team-mates in the All-Ireland series will be keen to get off to a positive start. If both hit top form it could prove to be compelling viewing. Other clashes are Brian Milne v Martin O’Hagan, Joe Loughran v Conor Morgan, Paul Currie v John Donaghy, Kieran Cassidy v John Halferty and Mickey Quinn v Enda O’Hagan.

The team league doesn’t start until November but the League Cup begins on Monday 13th with the following fixtures: Swa Men v St Kevin’s, Looney Loupers v Longfield and St Pat’s C v St Pat’s; Mitchells have a bye.
