Milk Cup bus to the finals

MILK Cup organisers are running a special bus service to the finals in Ballymena on Friday week.

Chairman Victor Leonard said: "We have been approached by a number of people anxious to go to the games who don't have transport.

"One woman, who has been going to the finals for 20 years, said she would love to attend but had no car.

"We thought that it would be helpful to provide a coach service for a nominal 5 return fare."

There will be three departures times from Coleraine and Ballymoney on Friday week (July 30) from outside the High School at Lodge Road at 2.45, 4.45pm and 6pm. The bus will then travel to Ballymoney and pick up passengers at the filling station just off the Portrush Road Roundabout at 3pm, 5pm and 6.15pm, arriving at Ballymena Showgrounds at 3.45pm (15 minutes ahead of the start of the Junior final), 5.45pm (in time for the Elite final) and 7pm (ahead of the Premier decider which kicks off at 8.15).

Departure times are at 6pm, 8pm and 10pm.
