Moneyslane Reserves into semi-final
MONEYSLANE Reserves will play St Mary’s in the Semi-Final of the O’Hare Cup on Saturday 21st April and they have been rewarded with a home tie which will be played at Dromore Leisure Centre.
Slane have been going well in the Cup and beat Crewe Utd in the last round away by 4-3 to set up a tasty tie against Cup favourites St Mary’s who are sitting 25 places above the locals on top of Reserve One and have gone unbeaten this season winning 14 of their 18 game played and drawn four.
Slane will go into this the Semi-Final as massive underdogs but it is a Cup day and manager Marty Hanna will have his players ready for this one and he knows anything can happen on the day.
A massive crowd is expected to be up the lines for this game and there is a massive buzz around the Club for the Reserve team.
