Mosside v Benvarden in final

THE Bushmills and District League Charity semi-finals were held this week with Bushmills and Mosside meeting on Wednesday in Armoy.

Bushmills drew close shots throughout but Mosside always seemed to have the edge drawing closer resulting in a 57-21 win.

The other semi on Thursday in Mosside saw Armoy and Benvarden in a close first half where the jack was scooting about like a ping pong ball giving a half time, all to play for score of Armoy 17 to Benvarden’s 20.

In the second half Benvarden increased their overall score to 46 to Armoy’s 23 putting Benvarden into the final with Mosside at Carncullagh on Tuesday 16 March.
