William and Michael Dunlop treated their home fans to a thrilling opening race at the SGS International Armoy Road Races on Friday evening.

It was 30-year-old William who held off a late charge by his determined younger brother to win by only 0.007 seconds in one of the closest finishes ever seen at the three-mile course. Dublin’s Derek Sheils completed the top three.
